For expanding their business portfolios, organisations using strategy of mergers and amalgamations. It employs a significant impact on internal and external stakeholders. Hence, before making investment decisions shareholders should consider the announcements of corporate restructuring. This study suggests to evaluate the impact of merger announcement on corporate performance and investment decisions of investors.Refference:
